Does the price really stay flat as I grow?
Yes. Starter is $29/mo whether you have 100 users or 100,000. Tiers gate products and seats — never events, MTUs, or volume. If you outgrow a tier you upgrade once, not with every campaign.
One subscription covers every product you run, up to your tier's limit. No per-event fees, no MTU caps, no per-seat surprises. Designed for founders who left Mixpanel or PostHog over pricing.

Whatever you name as a Product in Herald — typically one SaaS app. Each Product gets its own Durable Object, its own SQLite database, its own ingest email, and its own briefing. Starter includes up to three.
Seats are capped per tier, never billed one by one. Hobby and Starter are single-seat — they're built for founders working alone. Team is a flat $99/mo for up to 5 seats. For 6+ seats, move to Scale (unlimited).
You'll see the limit on your account page when you're close. The fix is one upgrade, not a meter. If you need a one-off — say a fourth product for two weeks — email help@withherald.co and we'll handle it.
Yes, from Settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period, then drop to Hobby. Your Products aren't deleted — the ones over the Hobby tier's product limit are paused until you reactivate or explicitly remove them.
Full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions. After that, refund requests are handled from Settings → Billing.
