Briefing in your inbox. Alerts in your Slack.
Herald posts your Monday briefing and watchlist alerts to a Slack channel of your choice — so the whole team sees the signal without hunting for it. Inbound Slack feedback ingestion is on the roadmap.
What Herald reads from Slack.
- Outbound only — Herald writes to Slack, not from it
- Monday briefing delivered as a formatted Slack message
- Watchlist alerts fired in real time when a threshold is crossed
- Suggested actions surfaced as actionable Slack threads
Questions you can ask.
- “Which Slack channel gets my Monday briefing?”
- “Can I get a Slack alert when MRR drops more than 5% week-over-week?”
- “How do I add a second channel for churn alerts?”
