Integration · events · soon

One pipeline in, one briefing out — Segment already has your events.

Herald will connect to your Segment source, read your track and identify events, and surface them as weekly usage signals and activation patterns without any additional SDK install.

What Herald reads

What Herald reads from Segment.

  • Track events routed through your Segment source
  • Identify calls and their traits per account
  • Group events and company-level attributes
  • Event frequency and volume trends by account
  • Activation milestone events you define
  • Accounts with no events in the last 7 days
Ask anything

Questions you can ask.

  • “Which accounts fired the activation event for the first time this week?”
  • “Which event has the steepest drop-off after sign-up?”
  • “Which paying accounts have gone dark in the last 14 days?”
  • “How many users completed onboarding this week vs last week?”
  • “Which Group traits are missing for my largest accounts?”

This week’s briefing

Sixty-two accounts fired the core activation event this week — up 11 from last week. Four paying accounts had no track events in 14+ days: three are in the renewal window. Onboarding completion held at 68%; accounts sourced from the blog post cohort completed in half the time.
