Your product decisions, pulled into context — not buried in a database.

Herald will read your Notion product docs, decision logs, and customer notes so the briefing and chat agent can reference what your team already knows when answering questions.

What Herald reads

What Herald reads from Notion.

  • Pages in linked Notion databases (product specs, decision logs, customer notes)
  • Customer meeting notes tagged with account names
  • Roadmap items and their status
  • Pages updated in the last 7 days
Ask anything

Questions you can ask.

  • “What did we decide about the pricing model last quarter?”
  • “Is there a Notion note from the last call with Meridian Group?”
  • “Which roadmap items are marked done but not yet shipped?”
  • “What product decisions were documented this week?”

This week’s briefing

A sample excerpt.

Two new decision-log entries this week — one on the SAML integration timeline, one on the pricing model for Scale accounts. The Meridian Group meeting note from Tuesday is the most recent for that account; no action items were captured.
Setup

How to connect.

  1. Coming this quarter — sign up to be notified when the Notion integration ships.

  2. Once live, connect via Notion's OAuth in Settings → Integrations and grant access to the specific databases or pages you want Herald to read.

  3. Tag customer-facing notes with an account name property that matches your Herald account model — this lets the chat agent surface them when you ask about a specific account.
