Integration · feedback · soon

Email responses read like feedback — because they are.

Herald will ingest replies and unsubscribe signals from your Loops campaigns and surface them as feedback clusters and churn signals in the briefing — so you know what your outbound emails are actually saying back to you.

What Herald reads

What Herald reads from Loops.

  • Email open and click rates by campaign
  • Unsubscribe events and their associated accounts
  • Direct replies to campaign emails
  • Sequence completion and drop-off rates
  • Contacts who replied with feature requests or complaints
Ask anything

Questions you can ask.

  • “Which accounts unsubscribed from the onboarding sequence this week?”
  • “Did any trial users reply to the day-3 email with a question?”
  • “Which campaign had the highest unsubscribe rate this quarter?”
  • “Which paying accounts haven't opened a single email in 60 days?”
  • “Are there patterns in which accounts reply vs which ones churn silently?”

This week’s briefing
