Watchlists with Slack alerts

Set up watchlists from /settings/watchlists in the app. Each one is a plain-English condition Herald watches in the background — usage drops, revenue spikes, churn signals, specific keywords in support conversations. When the condition trips, you get a Slack message with the context: who, when, and what changed.

Watchlists run between briefings, so you find out about a regression the same day, not next Monday. Connect Slack from the sources panel to turn them on.
